We're closing our HL2CTF division... since the entire ctf team up and left. We're getting back to basics and where we started out. No more humping a dying mod and no more league play bullshit. Personally I'd just like to go back to the time where we just played for fun. Those of you looking for competition are in the wrong clan. While we'll be competing against clans in dod and hl2mp I'm sure, it'll be in the mindset that we're out to have fun... not win titles. Those of you wishing for more competition might as well pack it in with the four who bailed tonight. This clan was never about competition... and it seems competition is what is tearing us apart. I'll be playing in the crypt and trench a ton this week if anyone wants to get some games going.

I will be coming around the servers alot more often and would love to run and gun with all my old PDS friends again. From this point on I will be wearing the {pDs} tag full time with pride.  Once Known as Grumpy... Oh hell lets face it... I have and will always be Grumpy

I apologize to all pds members who still play CTF. I encourage you to still compete in the upcoming leagues. You like the mod, so play it.

We don't mind losing. It's not winning or losing that matters, it's the fun. But getting raped repeatedly because people don't show for practice is something that's plagued us, and frankly I'm not willing to take it in the ass anymore. I want to face the other teams head-on, not with my tail between my legs. I concur with J-Town, {pDs}, if willing, should continue to take part in the CTF league. If necessary, ILL and the other guys at MGL are always willing to accommodate practice servers and such, and I'm sure plenty of other clans would be willing to help you, as well, including SAW.

Fuck off, asshole (J-town) I encourage people to play whatever game they want. But, if I'm fronting the bill for this place, I'm going to support what I'm going to support, and yeah, j-town, that means I'm not really feeling like supporting ctf. I don't feel like playing a dead mod. Maybe it's just me. All ctf has going for it is the core clans who play it seriously. There are no real pub players. 1.8 is never coming out... it's not worth supporting in my opinion. If all the ctf players up and leave because we're not officially supporting the game anymore, that's their business, but don't undermine me, j-town.

What it really all comes down to, Grumpy, is how incredibly disappointed I am with how key, now ex-members handled this situation. Two days prior notice would have been sufficient for me to stop payment on the server i kept open primarily for Nite and Snooch... etc. No warning, just up and leaving (and advertising their new clan and server was an added bonus).

I dont think we should of ever changed to CTF and closed our DM server, its back now - but it isnt as popular as it used to be. What made it so great was the mods but some people apparently dont like them, stuff them, I think the mods are great

Its beyond me how leaving and making a seprate clan is any different if you looking for dedicated members.. Why not take it upon yourselves to try recruiting some dedicated members for the CTF devision? we always encourage our members to step up and lead, I know whut is always eager to give the tools to people who want to better the clan in some way. but I guess leaving, pissing everyone off, and making your own clan works too..  Formally known as MrT The film "Brokeback Mountain" was originally pitched as an off-beat romance starring MrT and WhutDuFuk. The sole reason the two legends declined the starring roles is because if MrT and WhutDuFuk were to kiss, there would be new meaning to the word homosexual...it would mean "obligation".
