Okay, I have to set up my desktop today because the laptop is crapping out again but it didn't come with a monitor and I'm using the TV which was hooked up to the computer as a TV now to watch animal porn. I want a 19" or 20" monitor. Someone told me I should get one that has a 5ms or smaller refresh rate because if I went any slower, I would get ghost images when I gamed. Any ideas? How do you connect your computer to a TV anyway? What cables do you need? Is it good quality, beacause I would like to connect my computer to my 32" TV and play some games, just to try it... It's a ViewSonic TV with a VGA and DVI input. Frickin' great for sniping in DM. I could switch back and forth, but could not play and watch TV at the same time. After I posted I saw an ad in the Sunday paper and said fuck it. I went to Best Buy and picked up an ACER 22" monitor that was on sale which met my requirements. End of story. i had my PC hooked up to my 42" wide using the regular RCA cables. My PC came with a VGA to RCV converter cable so I can hook up the video card to PC.  ahhhh_crap wrote:no, splinter has ethics and whut has emotions
