re: Heroin, thats a myth - most heroin addicts are long-term users with jobs and "normal" lives. it's only a small minority who develop an uncontrollable habit. I think the servers are fucked because Valve has been releasing updates. I know my Steam client got updated recently, and HL2DM got an update also. Well I can tell you this much, it's been going on for a while because it did that to me just before I left for cruise 5 months ago on both the tomb and the scrambler. Somebody should notify someone about this little problem and send them a little "GET FUCKED" viruse along with the complaint.

sigh... you guys gotta sing out when that are updates to your clients.. I very rarely actually play this game anymore so it always takes awhile for me to catch em...
I will go in and run the update tool and see what happens.. if it does indeed update that we are going to be back at 16 players mult orbs and such for awhile again Once Known as Grumpy... Oh hell lets face it... I have and will always be Grumpy
