When you go to the Google homepage, you have an option to choose in which language you want your Google experience to be displayed. The default is English, but if you want Spanish, German, French, Latin or some other language, you can have that too.
However, Google seems to have a sense of humor, and way way too much time on their hands. Some of the language options to choose from include Klingon, Hacker, Elmer Fudd, Bork and Pig Latin. Don't know if there are others I'm not recognizing. Pig Latin's my favorite.
