I dont mind the nerf. Makes things more interesting. Now you have to plan your attacks better and think about using weapon drops and dispensers to your advantage.
It improves teamwork and reliability on engineers. Resource management.

Basically this means you cant be a dumbass spammer and get a shitload of kills. Gotta think before you shoot. It's not like the damage is reduced, soldiers can still one shot 125 HP classes with noncrits and demos can still kill most classes with 3-4 stickies.
People that camp constantly with demo and soldier dont do shit anyway.
