So the last living American WWI vet is 107 years old. He fudged his age to join the army and shipped out in 1917 at the age of 16. He was on the ship that saved the survivors from the Titanic. He was honored this week for being, well, the last man standing. Last American man standing. Read about it here. You should be more like Cantrip. Twitchy: "I pulled a Cantrip . . ." That guy also said he saw Hitler and was taken prisoner. According to TV, anyway. If you support John McCain and/or George W. Bush, please click here.“I would like to say to Milton and Anna: Regarding the Great Depression. You're right, we did it. We're very sorry. But thanks to you, we won't do it again.” - Ben Bernanke

Interesting story. He looks surprisingly good for 107. This reminds me of my ancestor who was the last surviving member of the Merrimac ironclad ship. We have his 1850 Springfield gun w/bayonet up on the wall in my father's office. get your ass to mars
