I overheard a computer salesman (might not be the best source of information, i know) that this antivirus program called nod 32 was better than AVG, Norton and McAffe. He said nod 32 is used in a corporate environment and rarely does it ever get used in homes becuase the word isnt out about how this program is the best out there...
has anyone heard about this program or use it? Or have i just been out of the loop :/

in short you'll never get a definitive answer. all the charts/reviews/personal opinions vary. what i've heard about NOD32 is that it's very light, while still being very effective. but Kaspersky seems to be the most consistently rated one i've come across in reviews at least... i've yet to see any of these in action though... yeah, i'm a cranky 'oul fucker. deal with it.

I have used Nod32 for 2 years now and I have not had a problem with a virus since the install. What Charcoal said is right. It is known for being light in every aspect compared to Norton and Mcavee. AVG is not that bad and most companies and homes where I live use that and have had success with it. But if I had to choose.....NOD32 FTW!!

norton and mcafee cause more problems then they solve, nod32 and avg are very comparable, avast is also good MakeSureItsCharcoalGrilled wrote: yes. please go fuck yoruself and die.

I use norton and have never had a problem at all. My store bought computer had mcafee i had counted 28 process running in the back ground and about 200 mb of ram also. I would run mcafee updated, then right after ran norton right after updated also and found alot more. For spyware i have spybot that i dont use to much. I use spyware doctor its the best thing i have ever used. WDF?: I found a hot girl WDF?: Who lets me WDF?: Drink WDF?: Smoke WDF?: And play video games WDF?: ALL DAY shignog: and in the back door? I don't really use AV software anymore because I'm not an idiot. But the best by far is Kaspersky. I mean its a russian company so when some one fucks up. They don't eat. ..They hardly fuck up. http://www.kaspersky.com/ I read ALL your private messages.
