I have high expectations for these games.... Or at least their intro videos. Winter Assault used the same intro as the original Dawn of War. While it might be one of the most epic intro videos in a game ever, I was hoping for something more. Dark Crusade returned with a semi-epic intro video of its own. It also reworked the gameplay mode for single player. I personally miss the story driven gameplay. SoulStorm..... The intro was lame. Period. In-game rendering vs epic cut scene is always a poor decision. However, the game makes up for it with how fucking awesome it is. I still miss story driven gameplay though. That is all.

imo the story for the campaign is kinda slapped on just to keep the game goin In an hour of Darkness a blind man is the best guide. In an age of Insanity look to the madman to lead the way.

Yeah, I agree. I just wish they could combine this new gameplay with the occasional story arc. Doesn't have to be story all the time, just keep it interesting.

Havent heard about soulstorm I enjoyed Dark crusade thourghly, You guys recommend it, did they add more than just two races?

More tweaks to existing races, Imperial guard actually playable from what I've heard 2. Larger meta map with 3 planets and some moons 3. Dawn of War, Winter Assault, and Dark Crusade were all utterly badass. This one's intro is crap, but it's the game that counts, and I'll definitely be checking it out. Still no Tyrranids, though. WTF?
