Any students that laughed uncontrollably at that need drug tests.

THe other, who probably just laughed controllably, should be given drug tests, too, becuase if you're gonna give a prize to one student, you have to give it to all of them.

Also, the fear of God is the best weapon of all.

I just remember chewing it for 5 minutes before giving up. I tried to fit the whole slab into my mouth and some of it started sliding down to where I started to gag on it. I ended up pulling the whole 7" piece by the very tail end from my esophagus before stuffing it under my seat cushion.

Might I suggest Kenneth Branagh's Hamlet (1996).  If you want to really open their minds to Shakespeare, any of Branaugh's adaptations are amazing.  The Best is his Henry 5th.

Virus - you are right. It is a terrific version (and one that I show after each scene we read in class). I also show pieces of Gibson's version, but it isn't nearly as good. Branaugh's is my go-to version everytime. We just watched that little scene in class because we had just finished Act 2, Scene 2, where Hamlet does his famous, "Words, words, words" speech to  Polonius. Plus, the whole, "Get thee to a library" makes me giggle everytime.
