You technically only need the last 3 achievements from the medic pack to get the new items. The rest of the achievements ill actually "try" to get instead of just cheating myself out of trying to get them. well shit... Updates to Team Fortress 2 have been released. The updates will be applied automatically when your Steam client is restarted. The specific changes include:
Team Fortress 2 Client
- Removed TF2 achievement console commands
Team Fortress 2 Server
- Fixed clients being able to trigger sv_soundscape_printdebuginfo on the server
- Fixed potential "nuke" exploit in rcon subsystem
