on top of the noise complaints we have recieved, delta and I are under the impression that we are close to eviction if we piss them off further. at the moment, delta has all the speakers in the apt. on lockdown. headphones only, close the door quietly. It's a right shame because Delta just got his 5.1 setup running when they told us to keep things quieter. Basically, we exist there without permission. Like rats. Small, unwanted rats. (i am using safari @ school, so no line breaks) EDIT: Yes, the signs have been taken down. We just thought the notice was funny as hell.

I used to live in a condo. Neighbor would pound on the wall if we were too loud. Was constantly complaining to the condo association about my roommates music being too loud, etc. $100 fines per complaint.

I moved.

My roommate that just moved out is the loudest motherfucker I've ever had to deal with. Always lived in million dollar houses, etc., so he's never had to deal with other people.

Never ever went through a door without slamming it, even if it didn't need to be closed, bought a 4x4 cabinet and about three amps would constantly play his bass as loud as possible, whenever he didn't get his way he would just yell at the top of his lungs.

I am so damn glad I don' thave to deal with that anymore. The $100 complaint fees would have goddamn put me in debt within the first week.
