And this happened a couple of months ago. She's slightly developmentally disabled and she weights like 3 or 4 Bennies. He either didn't let her off the toilet or was complacent in her not getting up. Her skin started to grow around the seat so she was fused to it.
He only called an ambulance when she got an infection in the area. I agree, it's a sick story.
