Turning it off actually makes it harder for you to kill enemies. It doesn't affect other people shooting you, it only messes up your aim detection. Win Cookies Awarded: 7 (bawwwwww)

sadly it doesn't work unless sv_cheats is on and sv_pure is off I believe
I found out about this along time ago
