Thanks for the input on the other thread all. This topic is only for {Nookie} members to vote, although anyone can voice their opinion.
3 choices:
Dual clanning will be totally fine for {Nookie}
Dual clanning will be fine, but dual clanners will have certain restrictions such as they won't be able to gain admin or moderator status, and will not be permitted to scrim against us, etc.
Dual clanning could be a conflict of interest and it shouldn't be allowed.
You guys vote and if you have any more input go ahead and vote.
Thanks

Wouldnt dual clanning be a little hard to try and keep track of what both clans are doing. Or its just that fact that im too lazy to try and think about two at once, but as i was saying that would still be a little hard. What if there is a problem between the two clans and you would be stuck in the middle what then.MakeSureItsCharcoalGrilled wrote: "Craps Alert"

Okay, this is what I tried to recover from that mess of incoherence: "One cannot be on two football teams." Yes, you can. Not in professional leagues, but I have played on several different pick-up teams (real football) and have played on a city league and at our last tournament, we played this team and their goalie didn't show, so I switched and played for them (against my friends) I really see no problem with it, it's all fun and games, there's no money involved, and we're all friends anyways. Video games fall somewhat short of organized sport so why would it be any different? "Being in two clans isn't fair to the members of "the" clan" How does that make sense at all?

I like El Presidente and this thread is basically about him, but like I said before, I don't want to impede on him. But as stated on the previous post about this, being in a clan is about representing that clan. Let's use the word community instead of clan, if you choose to be in a community , you must entrust commitment, loyalty, and trust to the fellow members which make up that community. All which is abandon when double clanning. I guess what it all comes down to is to whom do you show your allegiance to?

I disagree. I join a clan because I think I can contribute, and I want to meet new people. I like scrimmaging, too. It's just fun. It's video games, like Lead Salad said. Don't take it too far. If I join 2 clans at once, this isn't the case of the 7 year old saying "Oh, well I want this too!", it's more of the case of somebody saying that they want to contribute and join 2 communities, is that such a problem? I don't see how it is.
I don't mind if El Presidente is in Nookie and PBS at once. It's free will, his will, and not anybody else's choice. If I recall, in the past PBS has supported Nookie and tried to help out (especially with the members part).
As you may or may not know, I triple-clan (STING/+CN/-PBS). I am in STING, a gaming community; CN, pretty well-known CTF clan; and PBS, I can guess that most everybody knows what that is too. Maybe not the greatest reputation, but we're improving now that we have new leaders (not HAX aliases) that are starting to get the clan organized. All of them are fine, they don't judge my loyalty, and they don't think I'd leave any of them for any reason, because I don't join clans (or even THINK about joining) that I won't be dedicated to, and trust me, I've been invited to many others. This isn't about allegiance, think about it.
Just my 2 cents
