I don't think I've ever seen Tempest 4 fully active since it's just Tempest 3 with only CP maps. If a server would be changed, changing Tempest 4 would make the most sense.

Like have one server offer two game servers but if one of them gets moderately active, then the other stops accepting new players. I couldn't help but notice that Tempest 2 was the only one active all weekend, and I think Tempest 1 a little bit yesterday. I've been having a Goldrush itch so I've been hoping to see that one going but... noth'n yet. Having a lot of options is awesome.. just sucks that each server can only offer one of them in a practical manner.
