Ping jumping on tempests Options

so i just got my new computer built and when i play on the tempest servers my ping will jump a  up a good 100-150 from my average ping of about 80 can anyone tell me why this would happen

oh and i tested this on other servers and it has not happened yet on any others

Well, Star Wars Galaxies got into a massive head on collision with a truck carrying gasoline, causing a massive explosion.
Star Wars Galaxies was then taken from the wreckage, raped, and beat the **** out of. It is now in a comatose, charred state, while on life support.
