Not sure if anyone has had this particular problem but it has kept me from playing for more than 3 weeks now.  I have resorted to using library computers to check the forums.
Anyways, I turn my computer on and it boots up like normal.  About 5 minutes after the computer is on a number of different things happen.   The following things have happened (not all at the same time):
I get a blue screen that says "Beginning Dump of Physical Memory" or something to that extent and I have no choice but to shut the computer down.  OR  My monitor just goes black OR I get a blue screen that says something about hardware not installed correctly.  I can't really do a print screen because my computer is locked by this point.
Now for the weirdest one of all:  I boot the computer up and before I even get to any screen at all, I hear a fan sound from the back of my computer that sounds like it is in serious overdrive (loud and very fast) and hear a beeping sound coming from the same area.
I had this same problem about 6 months ago at which time I opened the computer up and took the card out, cleaned everything and re-installed the card.   I did not have any problems again until about 3 weeks ago.  I am just not sure what could be causing the problem.   I have a I have a G Force 6800GT video card.  Any help/advice would be appreciated.  Also I have already reloaded my computer, so I don't think it is software related.

is the 4pin plugged in??  Also, check the temp (you can do it through most cards, it's somewhere on the forceware menu) it could be getting really hot??  You might also want to take it out and see if there's anything fucking it up, or in the way, or out of place.

If theres a loud beeping noise, its your motherboard telling you something is wrong. Check the manual for your motherboard and it should tell you what the problem is according to how many beeps there are when you turn your computer on.

Most likely it's your ram crapping out, or your motherboard crapping out.

I once forgot to plug the 4pin into my video card, and the card started screaming at me. Turns out it has it's own little alarm speaker to tell you when it's not plugged. BFG is cool.
