WDF? wrote:Rik, I'm pretty sure it does work. I've tested it 6 times now with 32 players and connected fine. Maybe it was an issue with the updating not taking place due to the map not changing yet.
Still no go for me... connect 69.46.35.11:27015 - that's what it should be, right? (for Tempest 2) You got my newer Steam ID, yes? Sent a second PM with it when I got the new account..

Well that does make sense from a business perspective... If your goal is to make it as trying as possible for people who do not donate, and as easy as possible for those who do. Although that does tend to make it more difficult for people to get on the servers in general, since auto join doesn't really work with that setup :( Yargh

The goal is not to ruin peoples fun, it's to add an extra level of ease for those who support the community. Instead of copying and pasting IPs, they can just change servers at will. This is my reasoning.

This is my reasoning. Do we really have to start justifying ourselves to him again? Thanks for keeping the lights on. How much wood would a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood?

yeah I know WDF, but you also said in your first post.... donations are at an all time low and expenses are at an all time high, you are encouraging donations with that change, but its not a big deal.. If I had $5 I'd donate... But I'm roommateless right now so I can't afford it. I have someone coming to look at the room tomorrow, if that pans out, I will likely donate myself even. Having an extra $625 a month helps ALOT. Yargh
