Hey guys, I'm James, new to team fortress2, and found your tempest servers a like a month ago, and am a big fan of the two 2forts and goldrush servers, keep up the good work, you guys are really hard to fight. Just wanted to swing by and say props.

thanx everyone. I got a few questions for ya. First, why do you have 9 servers? Why two 2forts? Do you guys play anymore games besides team fortress2? Who runs this? Is this a clan? How do I get in on this fun?

Mostly what Mrs. C said...
We have 9 servers to provide a variety of gaming opportunities to the community at large. We have DoD Source, CS Source, Eternal silence, and DM Source. I believe on the horizon may be a COD4 server as well. (maybe even Left4Dead.)
One of WDF?'s goals is to keep the servers active, and so far the maps currently in play are mostly doing very well in that area. All the IP addresses are listed at the beginning of this forum. Check 'em out let us know what you think.
Oh, and pDs is a clan (Penguin Doom Squad) for which you are welcome to apply. Our process is this: once you apply, there will be a 2 week period where we will ask you to wear 'tags' and during which we get to know you both in the forums and on the servers.. being active in the forums helps a lot since not all of us play the same games all the time. Once the 2 week period is up, your membership goes to vote which runs for 1 week. At the end of that week, Dragon or Splinter will let you know if you have been accepted.
