Now why would you say "Expect PL maps"?
Payload maps are like this because it's not a CP, it's a cart, red team can travel to greater distance without the fear of, spy ninja cap or uber push onto the point. Red team is more spread out for an uber to take them all out.
2fort is just as bad as PL. 8 engis 8 snipers 10 pyros 10 heavies. No one has the balls to push, everyone likes to spam like a noob.
