How is Palin a hockey mom? Doesn't she only have daughters? Forgive me for being sexist but I rarely see girls play hockey. And judging by the one or two pictures I vaguely remember seeing of her family, her daughters don't look very athletic at all. Why would she call herself that, anyways? Hockey is Canadian. Do we really want a Canadian sympathizer in the White House?

But it's not unheardof for girls to play hockey, just less common. My fiancee and her older sister apparently both tore up the hockey rinks as youngsters (along with ballet, fencing, Irish step-dancing.... now she just plays WoW  I KEEED, HONEY, I KEED!!)
