I've been late to my job 3 times in the past week, starting last monday. Today is the 3rd. I've called every time ( once i see the ferry when I'm running for it ), but I can tell the boss is beginning to lose his patience.

What happens is if I miss my ferry, then I'm an hour late. I've worked there about 4 months, and have been late about 4-5 times, all in this amount.

Would this normally be grounds for 86ing?
