Back in my younger days, I was a soccer champ. I loved it! Then I hit high school and wes in a competitive marching band.....joke away.
The hubster and I both enjoy fishing - try to get out often in the summer. I'm not a big fan of hunting for anything other than pictures....but we also bowl and I love that. I'm terrible, but I love it.
As for golf, I've only picked up clubs a few times (mainly in the mini-variety), but I did enjoy the driving range where I was able to aim at live turkey (they happened to be strolling across the range - not my fault, but still fun).
I'm kind of a competitive person - basketball is fun to play, but again with the sucking factor.
Not a whole lot of time for sports - usually just a quick trot around the block with a dog or two. Belligerent Pimp wrote: The Man Society just suspended my man card for a week for getting rickrolled by Mrs. Mary Midwestern Housewife.

I played tennis all four years of high school. Varsity doubles, baby!
Played a little football in my first semester of college then took up fencing. Yes, sword fighting! :D Had tons of fun doing that for a year, then I was seriously injured doing my favorite sport of all time: Horse back riding.
I rode for ten years and considered several sports within the equestrian spectrum: polo, endurance racing and hunter/jumper competitions. I never had the funds for any of those, so I dropped the idea of ever competing professionally. Then two and a half years ago I was riding with a friend and something spooked my horse. Ten seconds after attempting to calm a bucking bronco I was laying in the dirt with a broken back. Three months of a torso brace and six months of physical therapy later and I still refuse to get within ten feet of a horse.
So my sports are pretty limited now: I run and swim for exercise, but that's kind of boring. I've just taken up paintball now that it's not a blistering 100+ degrees outside. Tons of fun! :D Kind of like live-action TF2 sans the gore and medics, lol. wrote:{pDs} TitaniumPhoenix: We're Mexican. I say we pull a razor outta our titties and cut them! But I'm bored and I like sports! It was this or I was going to start a new thread about the Phoenix Suns.
No one wants that, trust me ;D wrote:{pDs} TitaniumPhoenix: We're Mexican. I say we pull a razor outta our titties and cut them! Gunslinger wrote:wut r sports .... norly though. i played roller hockey a lot, then lacrosse. And then my parents gave away my lacrosse stick after I moved out. To a charity. Damn it. Now I work out every other day, though that's not a sport. Because it's stupid and I hate it and it makes me feel like all those frat-jock-yoked-sports-guys that I hated with a white-hot fury through my high school years and 3/4 of my current days. But it's good for me and I bet that if I can work out and get results, then the gf will start in on it too please god please. Did I say that? Oops. Safety + Peace
