I have to say that after playing on our server and now on another (due to server being down) I have noticed a huge difference. Our server definitely attracts the more talented players. I mean I had 130 + assists in 1 1/2 hours and several kills on a noob server. We definitely have a good thing going........ I have noticed that too. In the last 3 months I have played on 3 other servers and by far our does attract more skill but more than that tose that play on our servers know how to play the game.

I notice this the most on any of the 24/7 servers with the consistent stalemates. It seems ironic during "stack" wars, but the servers attract such a number of quality players who know the game that rarely is rolling occuring. Other servers I'll be on and notice a ridiculous kill count far greater than my skill level should be giving.
So in short.....WDF makes the tempest servers too hard. Jerk.

Tonight I was getting so fucking pissed because I would uber someone and they would run off and not charge forward. I can count on two hands how many times this happened. It really makes you appreciate the Tempest servers. Lastly, WDF has the Tempest servers set just right. If you can't hang in the Tempest, then get the fuck out!, because obviously you need to work you your skills in a noob server to compete....... I played on a 24/7 instant repawn badwater server earlier. I was respawning before my bodyparts landed. Did not like that.

I've noticed this too. I was playing on a different server(i rarely play anything but Tempest) when 2fort was full and no one else was in the rest of the tempests. Gone in some nothing special server, and i was kicking more ass then I should have been. i think it was after playing 24/7Goldrush against really good players, go into a server with not so good players and just run a rampage.

We definitely have a lot of very skilled players, but one thing I appreciate is that when noobs are on people aren't dicks to them. I see noobs asking questions a few times a week and people are always friendly and helpful. It's that kind of community spirit that makes the game better for everyone, so well done Tempest regulars.
