I'm a big fan of John Legend. His sounds have always been amazing to me. I tried telling this to my manager the other day who replied:
"Josh, the only time I would EVER listen to John Legend is if I was trying to get some booty."
Fair enough.

Anyways, he just released a new album, Evolver. It's pretty much on par lyric wise with anything you can expect from Legend, but his collaborations with Kanye West and Andre 3000 this time around seem to have caused a massive increase in hip-hop sounds. It's definitely different from his previous records, but worth taking a listen to nonetheless.
