Guess what? They aren't going anywhere. I'm not going to sit around and stare at my servers sitting empty because all you people do is play in Tempest 2. That's a waste of my time. When we tried removing the fake clients, no one played anything. Now at least we sometimes get games going. If you guys aren't going to take the time to help get the servers filled then I'm left with no other option than to try anything I can to do it for you. I won't be listening to any more complaining about it. It's really not difficult to check the server details and or the main page game monitor for accurate player counts. Let's get real. Please understand my situation. I shell out for this stuff monthly and donations don't cover the costs of it. The only way we'll attract more regulars is if the servers are full. More community members mean more potential donations. I'm doing the best I can here.

I think we do need to get out there and pack the servers, but I also think that there are a lot more servers than there are people. Its probably been brought up before, but maybe its time to cut a server or two. Or maybe even more. Take a few of the less popular maps and combine them into one rotating server. It would decrease cost and it would consolidate players into fewer servers making more played and more likely to attract new players and possible donations. Just a thought.

Another thought: decrease the max number of the the 2fort and/or other maps. This will force people to move some of the other servers. The server they join will then look like it has more than 2 "people" in it and more people are likely to join them.

I love playing with bots they can at times make you think and its cool to see them fight each other.. I would like to see them added as it would help populate the servers

It is based on bandwidth. Empty servers use no bandwidth. Not sure why there is still confusion,
