Im looking at getting a new cpu im running a intel 3 ghz oc to 3.8ghz now with 1 mb cashe. I was looking at a e7300 for like $130 , a e6600 for about $120 e6750 for $110, a q6400 for about 140 or an e8400 for $130 what would be the best buy for the money? i have 2gigs of gaming ram, and a 8800 gt evga super clocked edtion i and 2 raptor drives, and an sound audigy 4 card, a 700 watt psu all tucked in a antec 900 case with 4 120mm fans and a 220mm fan i can run any game out there right now with 40-70fps but my cup is a very bad bottle neck and want to fix it. im not going amd i have an intel board and going to keep it that way. WDF?: I found a hot girl WDF?: Who lets me WDF?: Drink WDF?: Smoke WDF?: And play video games WDF?: ALL DAY shignog: and in the back door? I have a q6600 2.4ghz oc @ 3.6. (Thanks to the suggestions from my earlier thread). Ive only had this for about three days, but so far, so good. This processor was around $180 so I do not know if you are willing to pay that. I also have a antec 900 case, and its pretty nice. For the other processors you have mentioned, I have no idea.

anyone else? i also forgot i have a msi 650 i sli motherboard im looking at cpu around about 150 and im looking on ebay. i just found a q6600 for $150. im looking for the best bang for my buk right now any help would be great. Q6600 No question if you can afford it. If not go with a E5200/E5300 and OC it

Well i went with a e6600 with a bsel mod to make it a 3ghz 1333fsb for a lot less than a 6850. Plus this e6600 was cheaper than all other e6600 also. I figured i would post what i got to let the people know who posted here to help me.
