Server Issues? (maybe since update) Options

Last night was the first time I played on our servers since the update (since Sun night to be exact) and I'm having some issues that I never had before...it SEEMS to be with our server but I can't be sure.

Anytime there is a heavy graphic load, my ping shoots up to anywhere between 300 and 500 (when it's usually 80-100).

I've done speed tests, had a new signal sent to my modem, rebooted my modem and router, reinstalled my graphic drivers, everything I can think of and nothing seems to help.  I went to different servers and there doesn't seem to be any of these issues on the others, so I'm thinking SOMETHING is different with our servers (even tho I fully admit it seems like a graphic problem on my end).

Anyone have anything similar to this or suggestions?

I haven't had any problems like yours, but the servers have been choppy for me at times. The only problem I've had is in 2fort, when you're in the water, if you shoot while underwater the game freezes up for a second or two.
