After a discussion with WDF, I am happy to announcement a new server for {pDs} and friends to use:
The Tempest Training Grounds
IP: 174.132.97.27:27015
24 players, reserved slots upon request, increased respawn times, hlstats, official as well unofficial maps such as Avanti and Warpath!
The rules of the other Tempest servers apply to this server. All Admins of the Tempest servers will have Admin control on this server as well.
Any questions, comments, suggestions, request for reserved slots? Feel free to message me!

I had wanted my own server for a while (just for private games and for the kicks, I suppose), but particularly when most of the Tempest servers shut down. Then I thought, since most of my games would be with pDs buddies anyway, I could just offer up the server for the pDs clan until more Tempest servers open up.

Splinter, it's up to you. If you want provide me with the general image from the other Tempests (with the server name "The Training Grounds", naturally) then I would be more than happy to put it up! Right now it only says "The Training Grounds" and 'provided by TitaniumPhoenix' in that bland text Ciao mentioned, so I have to get something else up there (seeing my own name when I join makes me gag, yeeeessh).
Also, here is the list of Admins I currently have ready to go:

I was in San Diego to escape the wretched Minnesota winter for a week. So I don't think the Admin slots are working yet. I'm really sorry about that. I'm betting that I didn't write the SM codes correctly.

I havent been on the training grounds since tuesday, but at that time it was like Sourcemod wasnt even on the server. None of the public commands even worked. *edit* wait i think i saw a RTV work...so I might be a liar.

RTV does work, I saw it last night. I know my Admin commands are SM based, so I have a feeling that I've just screwed up the codes. I'm kind of doing trial and error work with SM.
Another concern I have is the Defender respawn times on CP maps. Right now I think it's a 15 sec respawn and I'm getting a lot of complaints about it. Five seconds for both Defender and Attacker sounds resonable to me, but I'm more than willing to hear suggestions.
Also, are there any other custom maps people would like to see? Avanti and Warpath are extremely popular, I know, but if there are other maps you guys would like to see just let me know.
