I currently live about an hour away but really want to move to seattle. Originally I figured I would find a job up there and then find a place to live. I have only really just begun looking so that will be awhile still. If I move up there now I have an hour commute each way unless I hit traffic. I also will have to rent my house out...
On the positive side whut gets to keep his house, and will introduce me as "my savior" to people, I get to live way closer to my girlfriend. I could wind up stuck with the commute, or financially fucked if renting my place out doesn't work.

I think it's a swell idea. There are a dozen services that let you list your house for rent on the internets. Furthermore, I rule and such. Also, I rule. And if I don't rent out this last room I might lose my house. So... you're doing us all a favor. No house = No Penguinlan 2k9... and most likely more dramatic cutbacks in the wdfnews.com department.

Yes, rent it. I have come back from the future, a feat possible by the effects of the Large Hebron Collider mishap I kinda caused in my time, which pretty much obligates me to walk the earth carrying this stupid crowbar - but I digress. Ya, rent it. If you don't, all kinds of bad things will happen. Plus you get to be closer to your GF. Not that Whut would not put out, or put-in as it were, but you need more clam sauce and less sausage in your life. Or don't rent it. It's up to you. The temporal prime directive instituted in my time prohibits me from telling you what happens if you don't rent it. However, if you are reading this, then you did/are going to, rent it.
