Last week, the New York Times reported sensitive information about wire-tapping and anti-terrorist plans that President Bush and Congress planned. Why would the media want to report this and risk the safety of the country? What is your view on this? What is your view on the media during war and wire tapping? Discuss.

The media will report ANYTHING that they think will give them ratings. Problem is for the most part it is never censored! YES i think that the media (including internet) should be censored. not for boring everyday stuff, But as soon as they start talking about military or anything like that. How so you think the enemy know so much about our (all western countries) TTP's (tactics techniques and procedures). In my opinion the media kills our troops! Let me know what you guys think.

Nothing new.  Just the same old liberal media.  I think the NY Times should be fucked in the ass over this!  What's more important?  The normal drama everyone wants to see all the time, or your wellfare?  Unfortunately, in the US, our population is more interested in drama than the real life.  When was the last time you saw ANYTHING positive on the news (not counting sports)?  I am currently in South Korea where we have a fucking wacko 48 miles from us.  I personally don't feel comfortable that our media is putting our (meaning active military} asses at risk for their personal gain aka...ratings.  Media are FUKKERS!!!!!

This of course is just my opinion.
