for those who don't know totse is an old site based on archiving articles on alternative subjects, especially those of questionable legality like hacking, drugs, and bombs. The community was deplorable but there were some pretty good articles.. I'm not sure if they've been copied over to somewhere else but that might be something worth knowing.
