i hope your joking, brazil has only won like 5 times.  true, of the 7 teams that have ever won the tournement, brazil has won it the most.  but they played like shit most of this tournement and never deserved to make it this far.

Ronaldinho didn't do shit the whole cup, when last year he got the golden shoe.

Ronaldo played like shit the first couple games and only scored 1 or 2 goals the whole cup.

Ronaldo is second in all time goals in the cup, and Ronaldinho scored the most goals last cup. They both didn't put any effort into their game like they did the last cup. It's what happens when you make millions of dollars regardless of whether or not you win or lose.

oh yea, you're right....they did something phenomenal 11 times...i hate the announcers, the screw with my knowledge.  and can't commentate to save their lives.  "Ghana fighting for their world cup lives!" christ *rusty nail through eyeball*  They honestly really did play like absolute shyt.  Ronaldo completely let himself go and is now heralded as the record world cup scoring player.  I was very irritated with their performance.  They left Zidane open almost the entire match and let him do what he pleased, they should've learned from the LAST time the French beat them to...NOT give him the entire field to play with.

First off, France shouldnt have been there in the first place. The first goal vs. Spain was CLEARLY offsides. Although the pass was to Ribrery, Henry was literally 5 feet ahead. Even though the ball wasnt directed towards him, its still offsides. The goal then gave France the momentum, and demoralized the Spaniards (casuing the loss). (Same thing happened in the 2002 World Cup, Spainvs. Korea, ref was horrbiel and caued Spain to lose (ref went trough a lot of shit cause of it so it isnt only me)).

France is just getting lucky lately, they played like shit during the preliminary rounds. And avner, who was making the ecuses when France hadn't scored since the 1998 World Cup Finals and finally ended it in the second game of THIS year's premiliary round lmao.

Brazil has the talent, and Ronaldinho was just too unselfish. Ronaldo is just too fat, but he is still good. And Brazil is clearly a better team. If it had been a series (like best out of 3), Brazil would have easily won. But they came up short today. France is NOT going to win the Cup, I guarentee that. Its unfortuante that the two best teams left (Italy/Germany) are matched up together. Even though Italy won cheaply against Australia (it was clearly not a penlaty, he tripped over the player afterwards, not the players fault). This World Cup has been decided by piece of shit referees, which sucks because the next World Cup isnt in freaking four years.

P.S. Buzzsaw, Ronaldinho was trying, trust me. But it is clearly true that is what happens, just look at Real Madrid (Beckham,Zidane, Sergio Ramos, Raul, Owens, Ronaldo, Robinho, Baptista, Roberto Carlos, etc., but still with nothing to show for it)

Heat Repeat!!!

nub, learn your shit.... that was the rule about 8 yrs ago.... now it doesnt count because he wasnt interfering with play (i.e. he didnt get a foot on the ball) and it's not OFFSIDES.... but offside....

and buzzsaw knows diddily sqaut too.... there is no such thing as the gloden shoe... it's the golden boot!!!! and it was Ronaldo who won the golden boot the last time (4 yrs ago, not last year), and he scored three goals in this tournament.... where you got the "Ronaldinho scored the most gaols last world cup" i dunno, but it is bollocks...
yeah, i'm a cranky 'oul fucker. deal with it.

no its not.  this rule was changed like 8 years ago.  you can only be offsides if you are involved in the play directly.

as far as brazil doing something 11 times in a row.  i think its 11 straight world cup wins, this is a world cup record.  i think the last one was 8 in a row.

Oh, yeah? Ok. Yeah, just let me clarify something.. tell me again, who lost? And who won?

Ugh thanks guys for clearing this up and thankfully I decided to return to the forum late, I really can't be taking much time out of my schedule to expose people's shortcomings.

One thing that really bugged me: you listed "Owens" under Real Madrid, you are no doubt probably referring to Michael Owen, who is one of my favourite players of all time. And Madrid is my favourite team of all time(Christiano Ronaldo's coming to us.. woot!), however Owen got traded to Newcastle United..
