Ive been looking into this game....looks pretty sick. Better on the 360 or pc? debating whether to buy and I am only interested in online play? is the online any good? PC definately, unfortunately game only supports 8 players per server (4 survivors 4 special infected). The game heavily revolves around teamwork, without it your fucked.  ahhhh_crap wrote:no, splinter has ethics and whut has emotions

Is a good deal if you buy it on one of their sale days... I think it is fun to play for a while but the limited number of people online is crap. It is great fun if you are playing with your friends that like to talk and work together but otherwise losing cause you have to play with a bunch of noobs sucks.

Now that Left 4 Dead 2 has been announced and will be coming out this November, I would expect them to drop the price on the first game eventually, you may want to wait to get the new one though, it will be a larger game, giving you more bang for your buck. How many ppl really feel like spectating? I obviously ment gameplay wise. Watching a game is just boring and I rather get a bite of the action then sit there and watch it happen. p.s. Yeah I get that no one wants to spectate. But it's because there IS spectator slots, you can turn those into survivor slots meaning you can have 14 survivors in survival mode...
But it requires a lot DLL hacking according to the person
