I'd like to join pds. WDF recruited me (I beleive his name is WhaDaFuk on the forums) and this is my official thread on joining.
Here are a few reasons why I would be a good addition to the team ;
- I have only played 3 or 4 days on your DOD:S server, but I am already ranked at number 8, and plan to rise up even higher in the score boards
- I am 17, and will turn 18 in October, so I am of age for the clan
- I hate rambo style. Working with a team is what I like to do best, and I always have held my weight. Although, I do like to go Recon whenever the chance arises.
- I rarely camp. The only map I ever have camped on so far in my gaming campaign happens to be a map in your DOD:S server ; Foxhunt
- I hate those who spell with letters that replace words, for example, "0mG 1 PwNz0r U!!11!#1#@". I never speak like that unles it's a joke.
- I own all the games you play except Eve (Doesn't seem like my thing, is that just an online MMO?), but I'm very new to HL2:CTF
- I have Verizon Fiber Optics, so it's rare when I lag :P
- I am also Islamic, so any racial slurs are out of the question. I've had my fair share of racism so far and it's not in my desire to make fun of any person, based on their religion, skin color, or creed
- I am a fun loving character. I don't feel the need to mess with people's minds unles they blatently are doing something to harm others.
- I am familiar with practically every chatting system except Ventrillo
Here are a few reasons why you might turn your heads away from me being on the team ;
- I've been in only 1 serious clan, and that was some years ago for CounterStrike 1.6
- I am still in highschool, so I might be crunched on time to play every now and then
- I'm the captain for a section in the Drumline in my school, so I will have to leave to school 3 weeks in advance to train the new guys. That'll cut into my gaming time as well, but shouldn't burn me
Some Non-Related facts about me ;
- I worked on the Caliber team for atleast a year before I left
- I worked for Nuclear Dawn for a month before I left (helped skin their new forum which isn't up quite yet)
- I am now working for Ricochet Source
- I am very experienced with Photoshop

No, I left them. Their site was terrible and I offered to help and they blew me off. It was a forum with one large repeating image in the background. It was terrible. Thundercats ftw! Snarf FTL!

well we have an awsome site here. i'm sure if whut recruited you, you are probably in the recruit program. i don't play DOD:S much, but i hope to see you on the Meat Grinder or Tomb.

And I did talk to someone about remaking the site and they said it was fine as it was. And I hate XFire, makes the gaming experience worse :P

It isn't, it's hard as hell to actually play in DODS now. I deleted 5 gigs of shit to see if that would help, but nope. And this is all after getting XFire :P
