Give me three weeks. I'm finishing my UoP course that I'm teaching, school's starting back up, and I'm tutoring at Sylvan two nights a week. In three or so weeks, I'll be down the UoP course and will have time to frag your faces on a nightly basis. Until that time, be happy if you see me in the server. I'll be there, just not on a consistent basis. And in three weeks, it would sure be nice if someone made me a pie. (Or baklava, Duck). Lol, Baklava is an important daily account of fat, sugar and yummyness... The Low: My junior year English teacher was a very skinny very pale redhead, who confessed to being a goth in high school (but not the douchey goth that wears douchey goth clothing, just a goth. Somehow they're different.) She was very weak-willed, a complete pushover. The day before Christmas break we made her break down and cry an hour before class ended. I spent most of my time in that class playing Bomberman via link-cable with a friend on our TI-89s. Passed AP Language test with zero effort on my part. The High: Soph and Senior year we had this tiny asian lady named Ms. Kim. She was the most inspiring teacher I've ever had, very creative, and was both your best friend and strictest taskmistress at the same time. She was, in short, the reason I am who I am today, in large part because she motivated me when no others could, and saw each individual as just that - individuals with their own motivations and needs. I still keep in touch with her and visit every now and then, and will always see her as the height of my high school education. In fact, she trumps most of my college teachers, too.
