Seems like it would be faster to just move your dispenser rather than stand around controlling a blimp. My bet is no. It would only be used as a bomb. Nobody is going to use it as a dispenser if it blows up next to them. Funny idea. But not plausible for real game play. Even as a bomb alone it's huge and the engie would have to have line of sight to use it offensively. And engies are squishy

Fake or not, there were some pretty decent ideas here. The chest and teleportal seemed interesting enough, even if the chest would kind of throw balance out the window a smudge (lvl.3 Natasha -- funny stuff right there). The EMP would probably work like Jarate, I'm guessing.
