With a torrent program. like bit torrent or azureus. However, we can't really help you after that as it's illegal stuff.

Ummmm bit torrent isnt illegal. Downloading copywrited material is illegal. Torrent is just a protocal.

In my experience, BitTornado is the easiest to use (Install and it works immediatly). Azureus is by far the most customizable and with a little knowledge can provide you with the best torrent usage.  AKA Shinobi Quote:Kick some giga-butt
