With the untimely death of Brittany Murphy, 2009 is wrapping up to be one of the deadliest years for celebrities in my more than 28 years of memory. Originally I thought of putting this thread in the Hollywood Forum, but celebrity encompases much more than Hollywood (i.e. movies, t.v., music, politics, sports, etc.). Therefore, I submit to you, fair users and abusers of WDFNews.com, that the juice bar be home to this Dead Pool. It may be fair to say that some will find this in poor taste, but I assure you, this is only for entertainment, and if I coordinate with the right people, $Profit$ most likely in the form of reserved slots (I am taking any ideas at this point since there really isn't a working server -I think-). If you are one who finds this in poor taste, you don't have to look or participate, but I hope you realize this is for fun. The rules are simple: 1. Each participant gets five (5) celebrity picks 2. The year starts on January 01, 2010 at 12:00am and ends on December 31, 2010 at 11:59pm 3. All picks must have some element of celebrity, fame or political relevance so that an announcement will be mentioned in some credible news source. 4. No pick may be currently under a state-mandated death sentence, nor may their celebrity or fame be based solely on their moribund state or terminal illness. Anyone who wants to participate in this PLEASE PM me your picks. This will allow for duplicates, but I don't want someone to get ideas from what someone else picked. You may enter any time from now until December 31, 2009 at 11:59pm. After which, I will take the entries and compile them, and post them here for all to gawk at and criticize. Nancy Reagan After all the entries have been received, I will post participants and their entries as soon as I can after the New Year. Remember, please PM me your picks.
