Using a logitech mx18, beginning to crap out on me, second one I been through, they seem to only last me a year. Am I doing something wrong? Anyways, whats a good mouse for 60 bucks or less? Depends where you look, but, Razor Lachesis (usually $70). Jeeps don't get stuck, they just take breaks. TripleBam wrote:That's the most spastic fucking pissing match I've ever seen. Good god.

Anyways, whats a good mouse for 60 bucks or less? Those fancy shmancy mice with all those extra gizmos and buttons tend to last me about 1 year. I got this standard 2 button mice from logitech thats lasted me the longest out of about 6 or 7 mice. Had this mice since I bought this comp around 8 years ago. So yeah go figure, same mouse for 8 years is pretty damn pimp in my book. I also have the Cytek Cyborg mouse that TripleBam sent but I'm scared to use it and break it since its literally the fanciest mouse I've ever and probly ever will have. I'll probly only use that mouse for lan parties. ahhhh_crap wrote:no, splinter has ethics and whut has emotions

I've got a Razer Deathadder that's lasted me over a year now. Some of the best money I've spent on something so small. Splinter, I didn't send you a mouse so that it could sit in a corner. USE IT FOR DESTRUCTION. Safety + Peace

I got a Razer salmosa offa woot for 20 bucks. So Im sure the regular price is less than 80. Nice and comfortable, feels kinda weird at first if you're used to using those stock mice but you grow into it. Standard 2 buttons/click wheel. optical lens with hella dpis or whatever. No stupid gimmicky bullshit other than switching the dpi resolution. It's basically the same thing as the lachesis only cheaper because it doesnt have bells and whistles

I've a got a Microsoft branded wireless keyboard/mouse combo that I picked about ~3 years years ago. Don't remember under what circumstances, but I don't think I payed for it. Anyways, the keyboard and mouse are swanky and ergonomic. The mouse has 5 buttons and the keyboard has a leather palm rest, and the batteries in both last forever. Having used various high quality gaming mouses, my impression is all that is really important for gaming is that you use a good quality mouse that you are used to.

I'd throw it on the base and it'd be about 25% chance of it charging. I'd sit there for 5-10 minutes at a time after each late night session of CS / MapleStory taking it off and putting it back on, hoping to position it just so the connectors would get the charge going. Ughhhhh. Still. Fucking love logitech. silverwasp wrote:Be careful what you wish for... I have 10 younger siblings and I am only 20....

Still. Fucking love logitech. Mine has been like that since I got it. I found rubbing the nubs a bit before inserting makes it work most of the time. If you don't rub them more often than not it wont charge. The worst is when you arent paying attention and then come back hours later and realize your mouse wasnt charging the entire time. That's why I loved the G7 until it died, you always have a battery charging to swap into it. Razor wrote:Killing people is good therapy.
