The level of control you have over your gameplay experience, the way that you can play, is, after my analysis, vastly wider than Bioshock's. Unless they've got a huge trick up their sleeve (they don't), Mass Effect has it beat on the variety-therefore-fun-scale from the first game. Accuracy-based damage structure, supported by player stats and weapon stats. A godlike tackle-box of character/weapon customization (spread across up to six characters at once, if you use all the squad members--that's what pushes me to ME2). AND I CAN SEE ME DOING IT. If I wanted variety I'd buy Neapolitan ice cream. Bioshock just looks cool as hell. It's like having a bowl of rocky road - perfection from start to finish.

Yes, some people like the whole Mass Effect game. I just cant stand any Third Person game. I went around with Mercs2 and created a loader to change the camera view to First Person.
