Coco was facetious; the lyrics of "Satisfaction" are all about consumerism.

They didn't actually buy the car, it was on loan. Still was not cheap bit, the royalties alone would be expensive on that song.

Jay Leno = Put up some stupid photoshopped images as jokes every night and makes feel-good jokes for baby boomers about how stupid young people are by finding the most idiotic examples and parading them around. how many middle age or older people do you see on Jay walking/ect. Few to None. He is a jerk to guests alot of the time as well. (although not as blatent as letterman) Letterman = makes alot of old man noises now, is over the top cynical, bits aren't as clever as the other shows. Craig ferguson = he is funny, but the rest of the show is boring usually. Jimmy Fallon = new, but I personally like how casual and audience inclusive the show seems...alot of the bits seem really stupid, but you end up not giving a shit because you feel like they fly by the seat of their pants and know it. That way it feels genuine, i guess. Quote:

Conan is hilarious...yeah sometimes his jokes suck, but unlike Jay he doesn't have a dumb look on his face and wonder why nobody is laughing.
Jimmy is funny, he isn't my favorite, but his show has some good qualities. They do stupid ass shit but it is still funny. Him and conan are both hiliarious when they aren't following lines or are just messing around.

Conan embraces the surreal like no other talk show host. Well maybe like some but none of the big ones. Therefore I love him.

I was never a Conan fan. This drama about him leaving the show seems blown out of proportion: Leno had higher ratings in that time slot, so they're putting him back there. That's what networks do on a monthly basis with new shows. But at least we can all agree that both of them are funnier then Jimmy Fallon. Win Cookies Awarded: 7 (bawwwwww)

But at least we can all agree that both of them are funnier then Jimmy Fallon. BOOOO. Conan is hilarious, you are crazy! It's not all blown out of proportion, btw. Late night is different than primetime. There are several factors that lowered Conan's ratings - Leno's 10/9c show being a big part of that! Leno's show was doing poorly which affected the affiliates' 11/10c news ratings, which in turn affected Conan's ratings. The decrease in ratings all started with Leno. Also, Conan didn't have time to establish a fan base. Leno was behind in the ratings when he was new but the interview with Hugh Grant after he was busted with a prostitute helped him jump ahead. Conan never had that chance. Last, Leno set his retirement. According to him, NBC asked him to step down so they wouldn't lose Conan but then asked him to do his primetime show because they didn't want to lose him. They were being selfish, greedy corporate whores. I understand Leno has a staff he doesn't want to be without work (just as Conan does) but I'm a firm believer in doing what you said you would do. That means Leno should have stepped aside for a new era of The Tonight Show. It's how it works. Conan will smoke his ass when they are going against each other in September! TEAM COCO!
