Its taken over 10 years and about over 20 ISP tech guys (No I'm honestly not exaggerating) to say "you have an old cable line". Well no shit sherlocks it's old. Only the idiots that came by before then kept telling me that. That's honestly not a solution, that's just telling me what the problem is which I already knew that since the first tech guy came and replaced the line in my room. One tech guy that came today said that replacing the lines in the house wasn't gonna do shit. Finally a smarter tech guy with a solution. "The cable line that runs outside the house is what has to be replaced."

So finally the guy that came today said they're gonna have to dig up the cable from the ground and replace it entirely cause its been pissing in my cereal for the past 10 years with this shitty connection problem. And to top it all off they will be paying for the digging. Bonus.

If those pricks find oil I claim it as my own. And yes as it clearly shows I hate tech support. I find it embarrassing that it takes over 20 people to figure out how to solve a "poor cable connection" problem.

Same Shit Different Day.... and yes that fits perfectly with today. Its clearly too much to ask for cable internet that doesn't fuck up every time I try to do anything online.
