this was the server that got me hooked on the game. it quickly became one of my favorites back in the day because of the map cycle and the weapon mods. hopefully the new Tomb will get just as popular just as quickly.

I cut my teeth on DM in the Crypt. One day my son asked me to check out a CTF map so I went to the Tomb. The rest, as they say, is history. I fell in love with the style of play. Having an objective was much more fun than just shooting everything that moved. I admit that the new CTF has a better look and feel, but I'm gonna miss the Tomb.

I played on the tomb for nearly all of my time playing this game and it is very sad seeing it go. What made your server fun was not the game itself nor the mods but the people who played the game along side us. I will truly miss the players I saw regurlarly on the dm tomb. Something you can't replace. No more stoping by for a quick fix or spending hours on end enjoying the game with 31 other people. The end of an era. But on to the next chapter for us dm players.

Dido, I when I started playing, I liked the one hit bow feature, gave noobs like me a chance to kill someone with not much skill. I'm going to miss the tomb... :( lol jp jp!â„¢
