It's a long shot, but why not Obsidian Conflict? (I keep seeming like I'm plugging it, but I'm just really into it now ) OC is a HL2DM mod. It was created after that nasty Valve update that screwed CTF and Coop over. OC is all coop, but introduces a few new weapons, new enemies, and a whole bunch of maps now. You can even do the single player story cooperatively, if you can stabilize the server and maps lol Uzi(single or double handed), Sniper(similiar to CTF, but very inaccurate and scope is terrible), hopwire grenade(rolling grenade, hops, and deploys lasers that attach it into midair. cross a laser=triggered explosion), manhacks, tau cannon (you know, the ones off the buggies), medikit (allows you to drop kits for partners to heal, or to stand next to a partner and heal them like a wall charger). HUD and flashlight colors customizable. Enemies include: Snark, Gargantua, Houndeye, Bullsquid, the giant tentacle, alien grunt and a few others. If there was a server for this, I can't say there'd be alot of traffic from here, because everyone seems to like the team based games more than coop, but it would be interesting what kind of outside traffic it could draw lol. EDIT: And seeing how Reaper forced me to look, I checked out the SourceForts trailer on Steam, and it's actually a pretty interesting concept. The map will like...always change lmao.
