changing your name is fine as long as you let us know what you are changing it too. sometimes we have issues with people impersonating members and that is a bannable offense. so as long as you let us know when you change you name its totally fine.

Yes, only full members are allowed in them parts. It's where recruit votes are held as well as server passwords and scrim strats.
I will change your name now. You will need to log in as Elf from now on.
