So I downloaded and played Source Forts today and lemme tell you. .. It's fucking cool. You start a round out with a bunch of squares and boxes and shit like Gmod, build a fort up, and then play CTF. It's class based, with classes such as scout, sniper, rocket, soldier, engineer, and i think something else. I am urging everybody to play this fucking game, and maybe even try to convince wacky to host it because it's super fucking fun. www.sourcefortsmod.com TerribleNate wrote:Fuck nice... Yeah it is pretty cool! The ony problem i had was everybody wanted to build the fort a different way and our fort was a complete mess. The other team had there shit together and wall up in front of there flag leading to there spawn room so we could not get threw witch was smart! They could go into there spawn room and out the other door to cap flag and we had to go the long way around!
But all in all a great game!

That's when you have to find a server with people who are like minded, but there's always the asshole. What about it did you hate??? Instead of a TFC server that nobody plays you should turn it into a sauce forts server and me and twitchy will play eachother , atleast until FF/TF2 TerribleNate wrote:Fuck nice... Ok, so I played it today.
Pros: Could be a lot of fun when you get a decent team, and the classes are pretty sweet. A few really nice maps.
Cons: Most of the maps I played were wide open spaces... there were a few nice ones with twists and turns, but other than that one large field. Problem is when you have several people in a level like that, it becomes to hard to play/ move. If we were able to get a few 4 on 4 or 5 on 5 even, they would be awesome. But to many more than that I think it ruins the game play (on the open maps).
I will play it again though. plzz dnt spam myu tread ' - lol jp jp

I was having fun yesterday building a sniper deck way up in the air that required a series of hard(to most) jumps to get too. My nest included shielding from rocket splash too, and nobody fucked with it. After about 30 kills and 20 or so trips back to the spawn and up to my nest I gave up and started stealing the other teams blocks as an engineer. good times TerribleNate wrote:Fuck nice... Yeah, its all fun looking to me, and I just got it, so I'll give it a chance or two more, but it seems horrid. There are pro players already who can construct obstacles making it nearly impossible to reach another players flag (making it difficult, but sucking the fun out). It pretty much required a minute and a half of me crawling through to the flag and back out just to STILL run out of the base and back into mine. Some servers have rules that require an easy to navigate path, but this was a crouch maze, which was pretty insane. There's no way to make it. Grenade or two, or a shit load of SMG rounds, and you're done again. Even if you kill the whole base, and start, they'll spawn and get to you before you make it out. I played with your brother a few days ago King, he was funny. And from what I've seen to be the easiest way to get through a giant maze is to either cover an engy while he's taking it down or spawn an engy to take down their blocks. Engineer is by far my favorite class, I can go as fast as the scouts by hippy hopping, and you spawn with a shotty and nades along with a ggun making it the only class that can cook nades(comes in so much fucking handy). Best part about being an engineer is the fact that you can take down their blocks and make them your own, letting your team through an obstacle, or giving your team more blocks to build with. Today in a round I took down about half of the enemy teams protective wall, and sabatoged a catwalk that they seemed to work very hard on. TerribleNate wrote:Fuck nice...
