I just have one question, with the admins, should they be required to call a vote prior to changing the map? i think they should.

I left the server with it playing on colmar with 30 people. I came back just a few hours later (during primetime) and it was EMPTY. whut, i see you viewing this thread, get on xfire get your ass to mars

I went to sleep before the server emptied, that was around 10:20 EST. I think reaper went to sleep around the same time, since we are in the same timezone. wasnt me

It is required to only change maps based on votes, yes.
Thatamos, we don't just ban for racism, there is an order of operations the admins go through to ensure everyone is clear on the rules and guidelines, is warned numerous times, and then finally removed if it becomes a serious issue.
Please get on xfire and speak with me if you're serious about the job. I need someone who is on call more often than you are currently so we'll talk.
Also, the server is PST... so most players on it will be PST.

you can filter your servers to local (east coast west coast) and yes they do...

the only reason i g2g to sleep same as drag is school if there was no school i could stay on any time you needed me
me and drag make a good team for the crowds in our time zone and i donno how manny dod admins there are but it might not be a bad idea to get some1 while we are gone in my opinion there should always be an admin present to keep the fun going
cuz i know how bad a game sucks without them or has the ones who dont care (i.e. players summoning striders in sourceforts)
