My PC's power has just been cutting-off now for about 2 years now and it is so annoying and it also turns on whenever it wants too which can be from about 1 second to 10 minutes. Im pretty sure its not overheating, i know sensors are not be very precise but they are reading pretty low ( CPU usally around 35 Celsius when the overheat limit is at 68 Celsius ) but i did use to have very bad overheating problems. It has 8! fans which include 2 big ones. I have tried dusting it several times with little effect. Putting new heat sink on the CPU only temporarily works. The problem tends to happen most when i just EXIT a game. Scince the problem has started i have replaced CPU Fan, Hard Drive, CD-ROM, RAM, Power Pack and have alternated other parts with another PC. The components have been spaced out far apart for good air flow ( E.g. hard disk right at the bottom and cd rom right at the top ). Also i THINK, but SOMETIMES hitting it can cause it to turn off. Things like the Mouse, Keyboard, LAN, Power LED, USB items all stay ON
