This was exactly the reason that we felt it was time to restructure the roster. This gives us a much better idea as to how many people are currently participating in the clan at any one time while still honoring the age old PDS permise of once a member always a member.
I have heard it mentioned a time or two that for a clan of 90 members we have a hard time getting people to particpate. Well this should make it obvious that we are actually only dealing with an active clan half that size.
EDIT: Thread locked at Charcs request but I dont think he realizes this will keep him from being able to edit his own post. Once Known as Grumpy... Oh hell lets face it... I have and will always be Grumpy
